- Service — Refers to the Ta3me platform for restaurant management and QR menu.
- User — Any person or business that registers for or uses the service.
- You agree to use the service for lawful purposes only.
- You must not share or transfer your login credentials to any third party.
- We reserve the right to suspend or restrict accounts that violate these terms.
- The service is provided through paid monthly or yearly subscription plans.
- Your account is activated after successful payment.
- Paid amounts are generally non-refundable after activation, except in documented technical error cases and where permitted by applicable law.
- Subscriptions may renew automatically depending on your plan unless you cancel.
- You can cancel renewal at any time from your dashboard.
- After subscription expiry, access may be disabled after a grace period (e.g., 5 days) depending on plan settings.
- All design, code, and branding rights are reserved to Ta3me.
- You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse any part of the service without written permission.
- We are not liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from misuse of the service.
- We aim to provide stable service, but temporary downtime may occur for maintenance or updates.
We may update these terms at any time. The latest version will be posted on this page and we may notify users of important changes via the service or email.
