Ta3me — By using our services you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before registering or using any of the system features.

1. Definitions

  • The System — refers to the Ta3me platform for restaurant management and the electronic menu.
  • The User — is any person or establishment that registers for or uses the System.

2. Use of the System

  • You undertake to use the System for lawful purposes only.
  • You may not share your login details or transfer them to another party.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or restrict any account that violates these terms.

3. Subscriptions and payment

  • The System services are available through paid monthly or annual subscription plans.
  • For paid subscriptions, the account is activated after payment has been completed successfully; a trial account, on the other hand, is activated without payment for the duration of the trial period, and the paid subscription begins after payment has been completed.
  • For paid subscriptions, amounts cannot be refunded after activation except in the case of a documented technical error, and in a manner not conflicting with the applicable regulations.

4. Renewal and cancellation

  • The subscription may renew automatically according to the plan unless cancelled by the User.
  • The User can cancel the renewal from the control panel.
  • When the subscription ends, access may be suspended after a grace period (for example 5 days) according to the plan settings.

5. Intellectual property

  • All rights to the design, the software and the mark are reserved to Ta3me.
  • No part of the System may be copied or reused without official permission.

6. Liability

  • We bear no liability for any direct or indirect damages arising from incorrect use of the System.
  • We make our best effort to provide the service reliably; temporary interruptions may occur for maintenance or updates.

7. Changes to the terms

We are entitled to amend the terms of use at any time. The updated version will be published on this page and users may be notified of significant changes through the System or by email.
